The system is designed with a suite of modern technologies and practices including intelligent automation, data science, machine learning, LLM API (GPT4), and an API Library for integration to other software platforms.  

With an intuitive chatbot interface and seamless NLP integration, AI Autopilot is designed to streamline workflows via intelligent AI agents customized for each industry vertical. The platform leverages a robust tech stack coupled to deliver sophisticated interactions that go beyond conventional boundaries of AI-assisted operations.

The Platform is built on Azure’s cloud native architecture using full stack development. It unifies data with multiple systems to work in tandem and in real-time to execute IT employee business processes. Existing features and integrations include LLMs, NLP, APIs, RPAs, PSA, RMM. We’re offering a scalable platform that redefines efficiency, responsiveness, and accuracy. The goal is to set a new standard for IT business process automation.

We have successfully developed business process automation in the platform around general tasks that are used in every industry: manage emails, calendar, tasks and contacts for Microsoft 365 and Google Work Space via their respective APIs.

We have developed an MVP for the IT industry that successfully automates business processes for the following employees roles, of an Service Desk Manager, Ticket Dispatcher and have made progress on automating the responsibilities of a level 1 IT Support Engineer of the IT Service Desk.

The next phase will be on industry specific business process automation in the IT field. For proactive monitoring, maintenance, cybersecurity compliance, IT documentation, and other IT employee roles.
