How it connects
One conversation, your systems, the right model
Claudia works where your team and clients already are, fixes problems in the systems you already run, and uses the model that suits each workflow.

Where it works
In the places your team and clients already are
No new app for anyone. The conversation follows the ticket across all three.
Your clients
Your client portal
Users report a problem and answer Claudia’s questions in plain language.
The ticket
Your PSA
The ticket opens, Claudia’s findings are recorded, and the closure note lands when it closes.
Your technicians
Microsoft Teams
Approval requests reach the technician who owns the client, and they approve or reject there.
One ticket, across all three
01 · Your client portal
Priya reports that email has stopped and answers two questions.
02 · Your PSA
The ticket opens with her answers and Claudia’s checks attached.
03 · Microsoft Teams
J. Okafor gets the approval request and approves the fix.
04 · Your PSA
The fix, the verification and the closure note land; the ticket closes.
What it works on
The systems a resolution touches
The ticket lives in your PSA. Endpoint fixes run through your RMM. Account and mail fixes run in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Nothing changes until your technician approves.

Applied to the tickets in our demo
“I can’t send or receive email”
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
A Conditional Access change blocked Exchange sign-in; the policy scope is corrected in Microsoft 365.
“My account keeps locking me out”
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
A phone kept trying an old password; the account is unlocked and the phone signed back in.
“My computer is really slow”
RMM
The drive was nearly full; temporary files are cleared and OneDrive set to files on demand through the RMM.
“I got a new phone and can’t sign in”
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
After an identity check, the old phone’s MFA method is removed and the new phone registered in Entra.
“I need access to the finance mailbox”
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
With the Finance manager’s approval, mailbox access is granted in Exchange Online.
“The printer isn’t printing”
RMM
The print spooler stalled; it is restarted and the queue cleared through the RMM.
Starting with Autotask + Datto RMM and ConnectWise PSA + ConnectWise Automate. End-to-end resolution through either pairing has not yet been demonstrated in a customer tenant.
What it runs on
The right model for each workflow
Claudia’s agents run in Microsoft Foundry on Azure, on Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s GPT models, so each workflow uses the model that suits it: a fast one to classify a ticket, a stronger one to reason through a fix.
Microsoft Foundry on Azure
AnthropicClaude models
OpenAIGPT models
The model families tested and in production today. Names and marks identify providers, not partnerships.
- A fast model where speed matters, like classifying a new ticket.
- A stronger reasoning model where it matters more, like planning a fix.
- The same approval gate in front of every fix, whichever model proposed it.
