AI Service Desk Watchdog

The model defines a watchdog stage for SLA monitoring, client follow-up and breach-risk alerts. These responsibilities describe the broader model; pilot capabilities are agreed separately.

Claudia is invite-only for a limited supervised launch. Starting with Autotask + Datto RMM and ConnectWise PSA + ConnectWise Automate.

Claudia’s AI agents resolve tickets end to end: they ask the right questions, get your technician’s approval, fix the problem, document it and close the ticket. Each pilot's capabilities and endpoint scope are agreed with your team.

Stage 5 of the 5 service-desk stages · The problem

The SLA is noticed after it is missed. Nobody watches two hundred open tickets' clocks, so a breach surfaces as an angry email.

The model's responsibilities

The Watchdog role in the model

These capabilities describe the broader operating model. In the limited launch, Claudia resolves the agreed ticket types end to end, with your technician's approval.

01

SLA countdown, live

Tracks the pause-and-resume clock on every open ticket and alerts the manager at breach risk, while there is still time to act.

02

Three-strike client cadence

Enforces the follow-up cadence: a client waiting on a reply hears from you on schedule, and a ticket waiting on a client is chased.

03

Queue analytics and stalled-ticket alerts

Surfaces bottlenecks and stalled tickets across the queue, and hands recurring incident clusters to the Problem agent for root cause.
